• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, or related from any University
• Has experience as Compensations and Benefits from any Industry for around 3-5 years
• Understand the taxation will be more preferable
• Experience in handling HRIS systems, BPJS, Insurance, and related
• Tech Savvy
• Proactive and have strong willingness to learn new things
• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Record and process all employees’ annual leaves, sick leaves, working hours, and OT
• Manage HR operation function from:
• Manage end-to-end payroll process, OT, and incentives for all employees
• Manage employment contract status, renewal, and termination
• Manage Employee Database
• Administer for BPJS and pension fund
• Manage reimbursement (medical, transport, and such)
• Perform job analysis and market research for all job position
• Design compensation and benefits (including bonuses and bonding) for all departments, positions, and levels... More Detail
