Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Ambay Garments (The Impression World, Waidhan) located in Singrauli. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, supervising and training staff, working with customers to provide exceptional service, and ensuring that the store meets its financial goals.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail management or a related field
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of staff
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical and computer skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service metrics
