Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Candolim for a Football Coach. The Football Coach will be responsible for coaching players, developing and implementing training regimes, devising game strategies, and working with other coaches to build successful teams.

Qualifications
• Experience and expertise in coaching football for all age groups, including children and adolescents
• Demonstrated understanding of team dynamics, and ability to motivate and inspire players
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people, including players, coaches, parents, and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills, and ability to plan and manage training sessions, games, and competitions
• Recognized coaching qualifications, such as AIFF or AFC coaching CERTIFICATES, or equivalent qualifications, and experience in coaching at a professional level would be beneficial.
