Position: Tally Operator

Job Description:

As a Tally Operator within our Indian construction machines private limited, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Tally software system, ensuring accurate and efficient recording of financial transactions. Your role will be critical in supporting the accounting and finance team by facilitating smooth operations and reliable data management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Recording:
- Input and record financial transactions into the Tally software system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper coding and classification of transactions according to chart of accounts and accounting standards.
- Verify and reconcile data to maintain integrity and accuracy of financial records.

2. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory transactions within Tally, including stock receipts, transfers, adjustments, and sales.
