Job Description

Planning
• Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster
• Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster
• Ensure monitoring and analysis of the performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets
• Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster

Strengthen relationships with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
• Manage enhance relationships with the Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
• Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales
• Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks

Sales growth and cost management
• Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster
• Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional

campaigns within the Cluster
• Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers/ CROs and discuss with Business managers/ CROs the backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from the field... More Detail
