- Regular Follow-ups
- Counselling should be provided for enquiries
- Explain Course Details & Race Institute Strategy & facilities
- Share Sample Material
- Conduct Assessment Test & Given Feedback
- Showing our facilities
- Understand customer requirements and close Leads (Spot Admission)
- If spot admission is not taken, then Fix the appointment for admission
- Enter and update Enquiry & Students information in the Zoho CRM
- Collection Cash Submit to Accountant
- Learn Updated details about our courses and fees structure regularly
