Technician, Residential Property & Asset Management – (region/country) What this job involves: Assisting in the day-to-day operations You will be assisting the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the site. This includes undertaking any duties assigned by the Management or the Immediate Superior. You will be managing all electrical and mechanical works in the premises and attend to client’s requests on electrical matters. You will also be attending to owner’s complaints of the common areas as well as manage and record the technical inventory. Being responsible You will be conducting daily checks on essential equipment to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times. This also includes carrying out meter readings on operating equipment for energy consumption.
