Title: Contingent Staffing Healthcare Recruiter As a Healthcare Recruiter in our Contingent Staffing Division, you will maintain strong relationships and ongoing contact with healthcare candidates in the healthcare field. Your primary job function is to find suitable healthcare candidates who provide clients with qualified professionals. Our Healthcare Contingent Staffing Division places professionals in the healthcare industry including: RNs, X-ray Techs, LVNs, Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistants around the US. You will:
• Source for and build an inventory of candidates for open positions
• Build the database through research and data mining to develop a pipeline of active and passive job seekers
• Screen physicians and other clinicians; build and maintain rapport via phone calls and emails
• Call candidates and present job opportunities, matching the candidates’ interests and employer requirements
