Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effectiveness
• Perform administrative and supervision duties such as overseeing store and inventory management, maintaining factory records and files as per govt regulations, staff attendance and records, handling dispatch, etc.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills by effectively prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple projects simultaneously
