Job Description

Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.

Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to our services.

Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing production.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high productivity rate.

Exceptional customer service skills.

A proven track record of successfully meeting production quota.

Keep records of calls and production and note useful information.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position. Minimum of 1 years of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory.

Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and talking the way into a Production.

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the Hospital.
