Job Description Dealing with complex or sensitive day-to-day people management issuesBeing responsible for HR functions such as budget, reporting, HR analytics, compensation & benefits, terminations, employee relations management related issues etc.Preparing monthly payroll data and reportsSupport all HR activities in HR life cycleDrafting and updating Human Resources Unit policiesPreparing daily, weekly and monthly reportsAdvising on human resources processes and applicationsCoordinating work permit, residence permit and address registration process for the expats with third partiesBeing involved in the preparation and communication of induction with new starters, including the onboarding stageManaging recruitment activities including the posting and monitoring of jobs, interviewing process, through to hiring stageEnsuring all training records are managed appropriately and recorded in the systemWorking with department managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projectsSupporting HR compliance processes in line with local labor law and internal policiesManaging HR documentation, contracts, and official correspondenceSupporting audit processes and preparing requested HR documentationContributing to process improvement and HR digitalization initiativesSupporting succession planning and talent management initiativesTracking leave management and attendance-related processesEnsuring confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee informationActing as a backup for the Assistant HR Manager when requiredManaging HR-related procurement processes including vendor communication, documentation, and follow-up activitiesDesired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree from a reputable university, Master degree is a plusA demonstrated background in a similar position for minimum 2 yearsExcellent verbal and written English and Turkish skills, Chinese is a plusExcellent knowledge on MS Office applicationsAbility to understand and follow third party procurement processAbility to work productively both independently and as part of a teamNaturally organizedEffective coordination and communication skills to interact with professionals of different cultural backgroundsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAmbitious, self-motivated and high energyDemonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality, and appropriate handling of sensitive informationAbility to start with little to no notice period is highly desirable
