Three Dimensional Dynamic Footbal Shape Volume

Build a three-dimensional object to resemble an American Football. One nose of the ball is very close to the center. X-axis from 0.3 to 3, Y-axis from 4 to 1, Z-axis from 8 to 11 as shown in the attached diagram. You must design the volume of the object based on the numbers provided for X, Y, and Z-axis. The volume should resemble football. I should be able to edit the diagram. You have to provide me a step by step instructions for editing the object. In other words to modify the axis and put numbers for x,y,z that may fall inside or outside the ball. The ball should be shown as volume. Obviously the ball should not be shown. Let me clarify. You must come up with a formula that uses the x,y and z axis values to create a football like volume. This is a dynamic object that I can put numbers like A(0.5, 0.5, 1.5) and it will be inside or outside ball. Do not forget it can be edited by me. There was no space for the skills that are required. The requirement is that you have three-dimensional drawing skills. There are much software that handle this kind of work, many are free.
