We are looking for an Apartment Manager for a property in Plettenberg Bay. The Apartments are part of a New Hotel in the area. You will report directly to the Hotel General Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of communication with the property owners, keeping them updated on the condition of their rental and any necessary repairs or improvements.

Handle all aspects of guest relations, from pre-arrival to post-departure, ensuring a positive experience for all.

Oversee the maintenance and housekeeping staff, scheduling and managing work assignments to ensure that all units are clean and in good repair.

Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

To make sure that the damage fee is taken upon arrival and damage assessment is done before refunding the guests.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Prepare and distribute accurate monthly financial reports to the property owners.
