Responsibilities:
• Assist in ensuring that the right items have been placed on serving trays by thoroughly examining them
• Set up attractive food displays on tables and trays, clean and polish counters
• Greet customers and take their order
• Clean and polish counters, shelves and furniture in accordance with specific procedures of cleaning and sanitation
• Follows serving procedures
• Serves and attends to customers properly and in a timely manner
• Comply with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance
• Take care for a healthy and safe work environment in the kitchen by proactively identifying and rectifying potential hazards
• Report customer suggestions, comments, and complaints regarding food quality or service to Supervisors

Requirements:
• Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
• Good experience in in the food production and retail industry.
• Excellent organizational skill
• Good communication skill
