Job Description : Exports Manager for the Food Industry

Position Summary : We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced export manager to join our team in the food industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in international markets.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and international sales targets.

2. Identify and explore new market opportunities, assess market trends, and competitor activities to formulate effective marketing strategies.

3. Find profitable product lines for the organization, focusing on emerging trends such as Vegan Foods, Frozen Valve Added Products, Millets, Plant-based Protein, and the Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) categories.

4. Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and key accounts to expand the company's global distribution network.
