Job Descriptions
• Evaluating contents that are posted in an online communities according to company's guidelines to keep the community safe for the environment.
• Ensuring the safety of contents that are posted online, including text based contents, images, and short videos
• Access quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, provide improvement plans, and collaborate with operations team to improve moderators' quality performances.
• Stay up to date on the latest user support policies and educate the teams consistently to ensure their quality performances.
• Participate and conduct weekly calibration with clients to ensure alignments on policies.
• Work on AdHoc projects as requested.
• Monitor, evaluate and audit sampling.
• Maintaining people's quality by arranging coaching sessions, discussion, delivering updated information, and providing appropriate feedback, root cause analysis, and solutions.
