To assist with the day to day running of the Stores. Adhering to stores operating procedures, to achieve efficiency in the stores and the plant. E.g. scheduling, receiving, storage, issuing and Materials
• Keeping records accurately, to ensure integrity of administration systems at the stores
• Verifying quality, condition and correctness of measure of all material received directly from suppliers
• Stacking goods safely.
• Performing data entry and paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• Moving heavy pallets and goods using a forklift.
• Manage stock/parts inventory, including stock taking, issuing parts to maintenance and productions teams,
• Book out parts as needed for repairs and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.
• Receive diesel transactions and record these daily, verify accuracy, and forward to head office for processing.

Minimum Requirements
• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
