Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a School Psychologist / Student Counselor at Mount Litera Zee School Islampur located in Uttar Dinajpur district of West Bengal near Siliguri.
• The counselor is expected to assist students in dealing with various issues, including but not limited to bullying, disabilities, low self-esteem, poor academic performance, and relationship troubles.
• If and When necessary, the counselor may recommend students to seek further treatment from a psychologist or mental health counsellor.
• Beyond addressing immediate concerns, the counsellor will evaluate students' abilities, interests, and personalities to aid in the development of realistic academic and career goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Psychology.
• B.ed
• Should be fluent in English
