Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock movement, and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Responsible for Stores, Materials Planning, inventory management Logistics and distribution functions in compliant with applicable Plant SOPs, cGMP, Inventory norms,
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of products received
- Identify and address any discrepancies or damage
- Storage and Organization: Properly store items in designated locations within the warehouse or storage area, ensuring that products are organized, labeled, and easily accessible
- Stock Rotation: Implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) or similar stock rotation system to ensure that older stock is used or sold before newer items
