FSM is Field Sales Manager. FSM is a very important part in our organizational hierarchy. FSM is that who onboards brokers and generates sales through them.

• Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.

• Keep proper documentation for each and every sale.
• Keeping brokers activated.
• Ensure daily site visits and close the sales.
