Duties

Vetting of customers’ accounts & recommend account terms and limits for approval • Maintaining the customers’ master files on SAP • Daily Management of customers’ accounts & communication to stakeholders on the status of accounts • Maintaining and managing the Income received in advance schedules daily & communication to stakeholders on the status of the register • Collection of outstanding customers’ accounts and negotiate payment terms on overdue accounts when necessary. • Communication with customers via telephone, email and face to face where applicable. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes. • Daily communication with the bank for release funds into the CFC accounts • Accurate and timeous allocation of customer payments (tie in with processing administrator) • Ensure that proper notes of collection are maintained on System 1 A...
