Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance

Salary: 35,000 CTC

Job Location: Dholpur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities: Overall:

1) Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual operating plans, and conduct periodic budget vs actual variance analysis

2) Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues across P&L

3) Manage receivables, payables and all cash-flow associated tasks

4) Prepare Monthly MIS for investor reporting

5) Analyzing Weekly collections and managing weekly cash flows

6) Analyze unit economics and profitability

7) Co-ordination with external parties like Banks, Auditors, Lawyers and consultants for any account related Information and documents

8) Providing documents and information for the smooth execution of due diligence and audits

9) Ensuring smooth and effective execution of any other Finance related work and process at the organisation

Accounting:

1) Managing the team that manages books of accounts using standard accounting software
