Job Description
• A senior member of an In-house legal department at a high-tech company.
• Cross-border transactions and international trading in the telecommunication sector.
• Contracts drafting and negotiation (predominantly hardware and software sale and services agreements, subcontracting, RFPs, procurement, license agreements, lease, cooperation and construction works agreements, employment and consultancy agreements, NDA's etc.)
• RFPs/Bid-responses process management from a legal standpoint vis-à-vis the customer and the internal stakeholders.
• On-going legal consultation on all matters relating to the company’s day-to-day operations.
• Familiarity with and management of the respective implications of compliance and corporate governance matters such as Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, AML, GDPR, Export Controls etc.
• Engagement with and management of outside counsels/law firms when and where needed.
