Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business, as well as continuously monitor the life of the sale through to billing. In a work environment of excellence and team collaboration, our purpose is to act as intermediaries in the process to guarantee compliance with the deadlines committed to the client.

Responsabilities:
• Manage sales orders that enter LATAM
• Interface with order team headquarters to upload orders to ORACLE
• Loading revenue into Project System (InSide)
• Sending billing for services, equipment and licenses.
• SLA contract management in ORACLE
• Request for sale and receipt of services to Clients
• Interarea interface to guarantee the advancement of processes
• Management of service purchase requests and monitoring them until the purchase order is issued.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Language:

English-Medium Level (verbal and writing)
