About The Role

Joining our team at Wangaratta Private Hospital, you will be responsible for food preparation for patients, staff, and functions. In this role you will ensure a high standard of quality hospital food production, and cleanliness is maintained in line with the Food Safety Plan, relevant Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards and Hospital policy.

Your availability to work across a 7-day roster is essential, with no night shifts required.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following;
• Certificate in Commercial Cooking
• Cook qualifications may be considered
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Chef
• Ability to cater to a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirements
• Must have a thorough understanding of allergy management practices
