Responsibilities:
• Work with the leadership team in Asia-Pacific to support the strategic business plan for Hotel Investment Sales across Asia, building off the team’s existing track record and expertise.
• Develop deep relationships with key strategic clients and stakeholders across the Asian market with a focus on lead generation for investment sales assignments in the region.
• Lead and execute Hotel Investment Sales mandates overseeing in all material aspects the pre-marketing preparation, marketing and closing processes.
• Revenue responsibility for the Asia market with a particular focus on hotel investment sales mandates in Thailand and the Indochina region.
• Support wider regional investment sales team initiatives in Thailand and the Indochina region.
• Accountable for data management and retention, and the adoption of the JLL Global Valuation Model and other JLL proprietary models.
