We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Annai Indane Service, an authorized distributor for Indane in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions for our LPG distribution business.
Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure timely deposits.
Process customer payments and maintain customer accounts.
Generate invoices and manage accounts payable for gas supplies and other expenses.
Track inventory levels of LPG cylinders and other supplies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist with tax preparation and filing (GST, Income Tax etc.)
Liaise with auditors during annual audits.
