Required Qc engineer with minimum 2 years of Experience with the relevant field mentioned in JD at Kaman , Vasai East. Salary upto 20k. Should know to use of all mechanical tools like vernier, micrometer etc

1. Pipe QC-look into the pipe process and its process which consists of
A) Pre coating dimensions
B) pre coating visual QC
C) After coating dimensions
D) After coating visual QC
E) If any process of grooving to be added, Grooving to be done,visual,dimensional as well as after coating of grooved pipe visual QC
F) After Printing QC.
G) After chamfering QC.
H) Pre packing QC.
I) Handling of pipe section floor.
J) Maintaining all pipes related documents as well as reports to be generated related to pipe works.
2. Pre dispatch QC-material to be visually dimensionally and countability check before dispatch to sites and maintaining their record.
3. Visiting sites if required or requirements from management.
4. Visiting pipes related vendor in case of emergency or doubts.
