1. Core Job Description

As Legal Compliance Specialist, this function consists in supporting Legal & Regulatory Compliance Manager building the practical framework required to:

• Lead and implement a strong Legal Compliance programme.
• Provide the necessary support to all internal and external stakeholders on any Legal compliance issue.
• Give opinions of conformity on any review made and when requested by the different stakeholders.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are complying with all applicable laws, and procedures.
• Have the oversight of the overall actions status in the market, report to local governance committees and, when applicable, ensure overdue actions are escalated to senior management.

• Ensure having compliance risk matrix Plan for all regulations and laws which apply to the organization
