Your key responsibilities
• Directs and coordinates all production activities within the plant
• Lead, motivate and develop the production team
• Identify, train and develop key talents
• Nurture division culture, foster necessary changes and act as role model
• Develops budgets and approves expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets;
• Participate to the definition of the site master plan to align site capabilities with strategic objectives
• Identify all opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, increase automation rate and / or productivity
• Participate to production transfers between sites in order to reduce overall manufacturing costs
