Overview

Define, manage and coordinate Human Resources policies and procedures aimed at achieving business goals and strategies, as well as strengthen the relationship with employees.

Responsibilities
• Advising the management group in Mexico on issues related to best practices in human resources management such as: labor relations management, disciplinary actions, policies, procedures and systems, with the aim of increasing productivity and talent retention strategies.
• Elaboration and review in conjunction with the VP of Human Resources of the policies and procedures of application in Mexico.
• Implementation and monitoring of Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Conduct and follow up on investigations assigned by the VP of Human Resources when deviations from the code of conduct occur, which must be effective, detailed, objective, and provide support for the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
