Job Title: Service Fulfillment & Support Engineer

Function: Service Fulfillment & Support

Location: Portharcourt

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Grade: Permanent

Purpose: Enhance customer service by reducing downtime and improving service delivery.

Key Results (KPIs):

Restore service failures within set timeframes

Implement new projects seamlessly

Provide prompt communication via OTRS

Execute preventive maintenance on the network

Support sales with bid documents and technical prep

Ensure timely project completion and inventory management

Qualifications & Skills:

Academic: Bachelor's in Computer or Electrical Engineering

Professional: CCNA, CCNP

Customer-centric, LAN/WAN design, problem-solving

International collaboration, network device expertise

Hands-on with protocols, routing, security

3+ years in telecom, tech-savvy, teamwork
