We are an online electronic appliance repair service provider seeking a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, informing them about our services, and achieving daily calling targets. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into orders on a weekly basis.
• *Job Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct daily calls to prospective customers to inform them about our electronic appliance repair services.

2. Achieve daily calling targets set by the management.

3. Work towards achieving weekly order conversion targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our services to customers.

4. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending inquiries.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
