• Oversee the technical training team in designing and implementing technical development programs across the organization.
• Manage and mentor the training team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver effective training. The primary goal is to facilitate the enhancement of employees' technical skills and knowledge to enable them to effectively carry out their daily tasks and address client issues.
• Develop a comprehensive plan for onboarding and training new employees, aligning with the company's production growth strategy to ensure adequate workforce readiness.
• Perform individual and team assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs.
• Create and curate training resources for the department, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
