POSITION DETAILS
• Title: Chassis Module Manager
• Report to: Chief Engineer
• Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Design and release Engineering on future model programs for all development, including to meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.
• Lead the Chassis development team to deliver best in class driving experience and meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.
• Supervise a team of 5-10 senior and engineers responsible for the Engineering department.
• Flexibility and drive to overcome the geographical challenges of working with Global Project Stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS
• 13+ years' experience in automotive or related industries.
• Experience in design and release – with a focus on either mounts/bushes/wheels/tyres/tools
• Experience in most areas of Chassis – suspension/steering/wheels/tyres
• Experience in Steering systems
• CAD skills - CATIA
