We are looking for an excellent Head of History to lead a popular and successful subject area across the school.

History at GES is a thriving and successful department that aims to reflect and take students beyond our international and diverse community. Our KS3 curriculum has a broad scope and aims to provide students with a grounding in the richness of both the past and the discipline.

At KS4, History is a core subject for GES students. We complete the Edexcel iGCSE, including a breadth study on the history of International Organisations that is of particular relevance to our students here in Geneva. Our students achieve strong outcomes at KS4 and many opt to take History at A-level, reflecting the positive experience of History our students have at both KS3 and KS4.
