Delegating cash receipts to SMS cash controllers for allocation

Updating and balancing of cash receipts sheet for cash book clerk

Allocating of incoming cheques, cash, electronic funds transfers and direct deposits.

1.1 Correspondence

Type and mail to customers in response to queries or to collect outstanding debts.

1.2 Debt Reconciliation

Prepare reconciliation to explain differences between the Otis and customer records

1.3 Adjustment / Journal

Write up of adjustment sheets for misallocations.

Correction and checking same entries of all the Credit controllers before forwarding to accounting controllers before forwarding to accounting controller for the signature.
