Functional Responsibilities:
• Within delegated authority and under supervision of the planning and coordination specialisr, the Logistics officer will be responsible for the following duties:
• Support the IHEC as required on the movement of incoming and outgoing goods and election materials – ensuring timely supply to HQ, Regional and Provincial Offices responsibly and professionally;
• Assist the IHEC on the preparation and packing of goods and election materials for distribution throughout the country;
• Provide advice to IHEC for the permanent planning of staff for all operations and requests to the warehouses;
• Reinforce advice provided to the IHEC for the strict monitoring of signatures and authorisations of merchandise sent and received;
• Assist IHEC on preparing a plan on daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports.
