Functional Responsibilities:
• Under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager, the incumbent it expected to conduct the following task.
• Provide support to Election Advisers in necessary planning and support to the UNAMI office activities.
• Works in close collaboration with the project staff to provide logistical support for the team’s tasks related to IHEC capacity-building activities
• Support team planning in identifying potential problems, solutions, and/or alternative courses of action to accelerate/improve service delivery
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot for ongoing project field operations.
• Enable continuous updating of priority support actions, status, and required follow-up for Project Offices working in harmony with colleagues in different sections and agency sources
• Compile and consolidate weekly reports on the unit activity as directed by the supervisor.
