Job Description

Responsibilities Include:
• This role will serve as leader of the team of contract managers within the Legal department that supports Agency customers within the Travel Solutions business unit, and will have the following responsibilities:
• Utilizes strategic insights and organization-wide perspectives to guide the day-to-day prioritization and direction of the deals and projects for which the team is responsible
• Coaches and develops team members not only in legal matters but also in leadership and business acumen; focuses on continuous improvement and building future organizational leaders
• (As a working manager) Independently and accurately Interprets complex business needs and translates them into clear and concise contract language and business system requirements
• (As a working manager) Responsible for drafting and negotiating non-standard agreements
