CEMP is looking for an ambitious, energetic and competent Area Sales Manager to join our Sales Team.

The ideal candidate should have the relevant experience, passion and determination to create and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy while driving sustainable business growth.

Major Responsibilities:
• Management and development of a strong sales strategy (APAC and Eastern Europe perimeter);
• Meet and exceed APAC and Eastern Europe regional annual sales target identifying new customers, selling new business to existing accounts while growing sales and profitability;
• Management of the assigned team helping colleagues to provide customers with professional responses while achieving defined sales and marketing plans;
• Partnership with several internal functions such as manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, finance to ensure timely delivery of product, improve NPS and margin and evaluate new products/ideas or continuous improvement opportunities;
