CEMP is searching for a Junior talent professional Proposal Engineer who will manage the entire customer management process.

The ideal candidate is a good mix of project management abilities and technical expertise thanks to his/her engineering/technical academic background.

The Proposal Engineer will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor and will have the ownership of strategic customer packages and will be responsible for the entire workflow (direct contacts with customers, offers and orders management).

The ideal candidate is a team player who is able to interface with Area Manager and R&D Department finding out the best way to manage all the priorities and activities shared by the other colleagues.

As CEMP is a high-technical work-environment, the ideal candidate will be involved in a structured and multidisciplinary training plan during the first months within our organization.
