As a Food and Beverage Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities:

- Effectively control food and beverage costs by minimizing wastage, pilferage, and ensuring overall efficiency.

- Verify staff meals and staff discounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.

- Cross-verify sales transfers to the Property Management System (PMS) for accuracy.

- Monitor the cost of sales in all food and beverage outlets to ensure budget compliance.

- Conduct daily checks of restaurant and bar operations.
