Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Draft resolutions, minutes of board meetings, general meetings, notices, and other company secretarial documents
• Draft agreements for takeovers, franchisees, and business restructuring
• Prepare NCLT petitions for various dispute matters under the Companies Act
• Prepare and file annual filing documents and forms
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of listed and public limited companies
• File ECB, FC-GPR, and other FEMA compliances
• Manage all secretarial tasks such as issuing shares, increasing authorized capital, transferring shares, satisfying charges, creating charges, and modifications
• Handle basic works in DGFT, taxation, and GST
• Manage labor laws, PF, and ESIC
• Obtain all types of business licenses and registrations
