Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a state coordinator for carbonemission reduction projects in Agriculture and Forestry. The State Coordinator will be responsible foroverseeing and managing projects to reduce carbon emissions. The coordinator will work closely withgovernment agencies, regional partners, and other stakeholders to develop and implement climatesmart agricultural practices.

Key responsibilities:1. Develop partnerships with key regional stakeholders, farmers and research institutions topromote sustainable agricultural practices.2. Implement climate smart practices such as improved water management practices,conservation agriculture, agroforestry systems and integrated soil fertility management.3.
