Key Requirement for the Position Achieve the Business Target: 1.Ensure Productivity at desired level in branches under him/her. 2.Ensure that branches manage daily operations to achieve business goals 3.Supervise and guide the team to maximize revenue. 4.Perform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity. 5.Ensure that the team source customers / Centers in approved area. 6.Ensure that all the branches of the assigned area achieves Cross selling targets of other products to the eligible customers - As & when applicable. Zero Over Due Payment: 1.Ensure that the branches collect the outstanding amount on or before the due date. 2.Ensure that all the center meetings will be closed with 100 percent collection.
