Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualising and writing multiple social and digital content plays
• Optimising social media posts (language, tone, and message) based on target audience’s behaviours and analytics report
• Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies
• Working with an Art Director, Content Head or alone, if necessary, to create appropriate concept and content
• Providing writing support across media for Advertising, Marketing & Digital Communication
• Proofreading content
• Attending client meetings when required
• Proactively developing content for clients
