Role: Customer Service

As a part of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintain a strong

relationship with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage user queries on different platforms - email, chat, call and social media

● Provide accurate info on products, services, pricing, and promotions

● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

● Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently

● Communicate solutions clearly and concisely

● Understand company offerings for informed customer responses

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

● Customer-focused attitude

● Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Working Days: 6 Days (5 days work from office, Saturday work from home)
