Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Patiala. The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collections process, including monitoring and analyzing accounts, communicating with clients, developing collections strategies, and resolving customer inquiries and disputes. The Collections Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
