Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Technical Support Specialist at CanITSM. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to CanITSM products and services. This role is based in Karachi and offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English is mandatory with Impeccable integrity & attention to detail and work without constant direct supervision
• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Applications
• Located within a 30-KM radius of Karachi; ability to work from office and home 5 days each week to provide support during 8 AM to 6pm (EST Toronto time)
• Required: at least 3+ years of experience with IT Support in a large enterprise organization
